ReviewHQ is a product-fit intelligence platform for skincare, haircare, body care, and supplements. Instead of generic 5-star ratings, we surface reviews from people with a similar profile to yours — and use AI to help you decide whether a product fits your skin, hair, and goals.

Yes. Core features — search, reviews, compatibility scores, expert chat, face scan, rewards — are free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but personalised recommendations will always have a generous free tier.

You can browse without it, but we can't personalise results properly until we know a bit about your skin, hair, and allergies. The quiz takes about 2 minutes and every answer is optional — skip anything you're not comfortable sharing.

You can update your answers any time from Settings → Profile.

If you opt in, the camera captures one image, sends it to our AI for skin-type and visible-concern analysis, and immediately discards the image. We store only the textual analysis — never your photo. If you'd rather skip it, the quiz alone is enough to personalise recommendations.

Open the product page, tap Write a review, and follow the 6-screen flow. Reviews that include proof of purchase get a "Verified" badge and are weighted more heavily in compatibility scoring.

Yes. From the product page, find your review and tap the menu on the review card to edit or delete it.

We surface reviews from users whose profile most closely matches yours — similar skin type, similar concerns, similar allergies. A 4-star review from a reviewer with your exact profile says more than a 5-star review from someone with very different skin.

We run automated checks on every review — heuristics for obvious red flags (duplicate text, unnatural cadence, timing patterns) plus AI analysis for subtle cues. Flagged reviews are reduced in visibility and manually reviewed. Proven fake reviews are removed and the account warned or banned.

You earn points for:

• Completing onboarding
• Publishing a verified review
• Uploading proof of purchase
• Answering community questions
• Referring a friend who joins and completes their profile

Points unlock ReviewHQ perks — priority support and upcoming members-only features. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Any activity (signing in, posting a review, redeeming a perk) resets the 12-month clock.

Go to Settings → Privacy and use the "Change password" section. You'll enter your current password, then your new one twice.

Open Settings → Privacy, scroll to the bottom, and select Delete account. Deletion is permanent — your profile and personal data are removed within 30 days. Public review text may remain in aggregated form with all identifying data stripped.

Yes. From Settings → Privacy, request a data export. We'll email you a downloadable archive with your profile, reviews, comments, and activity within 48 hours.

No. We do not sell personal data, rent email lists, or run third-party advertising trackers. See the Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and why.

When you list an allergy in your profile, we cross-reference it against product ingredient lists every time you view a product. If there's a match, a warning appears at the top of the page — before anything else. This is non-negotiable: your safety comes first.

Every comment and review has a Report option. Reports are triaged within one business day. You can also email use.review.hq@gmail.com for urgent issues.

A Glow-Up Plan is a multi-week personalised routine for a specific concern (acne, hair growth, hydration, etc.). Each week has a goal, recommended ingredients, and a short check-in so we can track progress and adapt.

We match plans to the concerns in your profile and, where relevant, to your skin or hair type. On your plans page, the top section shows plans tailored to your profile — the rest are available to browse.

Check-ins take about a minute and they power the AI insight you unlock after four weeks. You can skip a week — the plan keeps going — but more data means a better insight at the end.
